The jinn are part of God's creation. They were created from fire before the creation of Adam and humankind. And indeed, We created man from dried (sounding) clay of altered mud.
Jinn were thought to shift into different shapes, but were feared especially in their invisible form, since then they could attack without being seen. Jinn were also feared because they had been thought to be responsible for various diseases and mental illnesses.
Jinns who scare people by using their things, removing their items from their places right in front of their eyes and can even cause seizures and epilepsy. According to the Quran, upon reciting Surah Yassin, Surah Baqarah, and Muawadhatein, it causes the Jinn to flee or leave the place they are living in.Non-Muslim Jinns are attracted to filth, filthy actions and filthy places. Its time to stock up on some hygiene products. Only Prophet Sulaiman was given the power to control Jinn and he is the only one.
Jinn are said to inhabit caves, deserted places, graveyards and darkness.
According to one common tradition the layers of hell are:
- A fire for sinners among the Muslims.
- Inferno interim for the sinner among the Christians.
- Provisional destination for sinners among the Jewish.
- The burning fire for renegades.
- A place for witches and fortunetellers.
- Furnace for the disbelievers.
Additionally, they fear iron, generally appear in desolate or abandoned places, and are stronger and faster than humans. Since the jinn share the earth with humans, Muslims are often cautious not to accidentally hurt an innocent jinn by uttering "destur" (permission), before sprinkling hot water.
"The vinegar is hated by jinns, just like limes, sea salt, sidr leaves etc. the patient can strongly sniff into a narrow hole bottle filled with vinegar. It almost has like gas fumes so it is pretty strong and if the jinn/shaitan is living in the head, he will right away get hurt. If it is a stronger case of magic/jinn, than you can put vinegar on cotton balls, place them inside your nose and snort strongly (about one small droplet of vinegar reaching up the nose/brain is enough). I have tried with apple cider vinegar and found it very useful, but definately, pomegranate vinegar would be a very strong weapon against the shayateen, and especially if you have recited lots of Quran on it. InshAllah."
